Overview

Originally the garden of a detached house, this site was used to create a private-gated entrance to two large, five-bedroomed, detached houses, each with a totally separate design. Following a highly successful development process, Wolverhampton Building Control put the project forward for Best Small New Housing Development in the Built in Quality Awards for 2016. Each year there are over 10,000 applications sent in for the West Midlands area. We won first place in our category.
