With this property we were given one simple instruction; we needed to create the owner’s dream home. The client had thought about moving but, because they enjoyed the location, they wanted to create a home that was completely different to what they already had. With this in mind, we totally transformed the original property into a stunning five-bedroomed, detached dwelling. The extensive works included everything from floating staircases to a bespoke kitchen and new bar areas. A major aspect of the renovation was the landscaping which includes cedar fencing, artificial lawn areas, and granite paving. Wodehouse was delighted when the owner said we'd created their perfect home.
