Midlands Building Projects

Overview

Midland Building Projects has been an existing customer for many years and our latest project is a factory renovation. This included stripping back the old factory unit, installing a new roof, insulated cladding and new internal flooring. In addition, a new office block was built within the factory.

Adjacent to the factory we demolished an old office block and built a new extension to provide an additional storage area for manufactured products. A new purpose-built office block was added to the front of the factory. Outside, we created new car parks and roadways and erected security fencing around the perimeter of the property.
