Thwaites Dumpers
£4.2m Groundworks Package
Conducted on a live site, our works consisted of an 18,000m3 cut and fill exercise, the building of various pad foundations, 8,000m2 of new concrete service yards, 3,000m2 of permeable parking bays, and a vast new drainage system of which included an 800m3 attenuation tank and the extension of an 1800mm culvert, completed with various retaining walls and 'highways 278 works'.

Wootton Drive Estate
£1.8m Multi Project Site

Carrying out the conversion of an old industrial estate we formed a triple plot development site, to accommodate for a luxury apartment block, a 66 bedroom nursing home and a private housing estate.
We then proceeded with works for all 3 developments consisting of site remediation, extensive drainage systems, service installations, complex foundations, and quality landscaping services upon completion.

Pens Meadow SEN School
£2.5m Groundworks Package
Showcasing our extensive capabilities through a 10,000m3 cut and fill exercise, building various foundations averaging over 2.5mts deep, a new storm and foul drainage system including a 100m diversion of a mains sewer, and a 700m3 attenuation tank sitting beneath a brand new 3000m2 carpark. Site completions involved various landscaping and external finishings all abiding the SEN specification.

ZX Lidars
£1.2m Groundworks Package

A truly beautiful project upon its completion, this site underwent various processes including a 15,000m3 cut and fill exercise, various structural foundations and a new storm and foul drainage system entailing a sewage treatment plant and a 3000m3 attenuation pond, with site wide swale and hydro flow controls. In its final stages we formed various car parking areas alongside a 5000m2 landscaped meadow.

Westcott Venture Park
£1m Groundworks Package
This project consisted of an all new 4,800m2 concrete service yard of which was equipped with Aco Q-Max drainage feeding a new storm system and out falling into a 800m3 attenuation tank, accompanied by a twin package pumping station allowing discharge to flow into offsite main drains. Site completions were then carried out through various landscaping and external surfacing works.
