This stunning home underwent a full transformation and refurbishment of the existing house. Significant structural alterations supported large scale extension works on the rear of the property, aided by the complex construction of a wide reaching basement area, housing modern additions from a golf simulator room to an indoor swimming pool.

An entirely new-build nursery school, constructed with a combination of brick and timber cladding to create an agricultural aesthetic as the development was constructed within the green belt. Our exceptional landscaping and groundworks services were then utilised throughout the forming of playground and car parking areas.
Bratch Meadow
Wombourne
The elegant blend of brick masonry and charred timber cladding established an attractive and modernised appearance whilst the use of specialised steel framing provided this spacious new build with large open plan apexed ceilings. A truly stunning home completed with an alluring external aesthetic and natural water pond.

Building Products
A full factory refurb entailing an extensive strip out to reveal the existing steel frame. We then carried out the application of Insulated cladding to all external sides of the building and extended the property to cater for office, canteen and toilet areas. The project was then finished off with new concrete yard areas surrounding the perimeter of the site.
Condover
Shrewsbury
This existing properties structural aspect was heavily adapted along with extensions to all sides, creating a 6 bed property equipped with 6 ensuites, large open plan living areas and additional features including a cinema room. Alongside the main building, a sizeable garage block was constructed with separate living accommodation located above.
